First we would like to thank you for trying Gray Riddance! We want you to love your purchase so know we are here to help. Since this is a hair coloring spray it is very important that you follow the Usage Directions completely to achieve the best results.

If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. As with all hair products, we realize this isn’t for everyone. Return requests should be within 30 days of delivery. That being said, we’re reasonable people. If you purchased it 2 months ago but didn’t try it until today….we will work with you.

Returns are only for purchases made on this website. If you purchased Gray Riddance from a local retailer or Amazon, then the return must be handled through their process. If you’re confused about how to do this, let us know and we’ll point you in the right direction.
